which is the UK's cheapest cinema complex.
They are a cinema complex called Premiere Cinema based in Romford, Essex in the UK. If you live in the UK you might have heard of them.
Premiere Cinemas charge just £4 per person to see a movie during the week and weekends. It is the cheapest cinema complex around. I have been here a number of times to see new movies that have just come out. This is why I write so many movie reviews, because I can afford to pay £4 to see a new movie.
Premiere Cinema was opened on July 13th 2012 by Carter Hayes. He opened the cinema complex on the former premises of the old Odeon cinema. Tickets are only £4 per person and the reason for this was to make the Premiere the cheapest multiplex in the UK.
Carter Hayes lives in Romford, Essex. It was his ambition to open a cinema multiplex, so when he heard that the Odeon in Romford was closing down, he knew he could use the premises to start his venture with Premiere Cinema.
Premiere Cinema is looking to expand to other areas in the UK now. Hayes is looking to open up in locations, such as, Cardiff and Salford next. I hope he opens up more of his cinemas in many other locations, so that others can benefit from it.
I heard about Premiere Cinemas from friends. Everyone was talking about it and how it was so cheap to see a new movie that had just come out. You can even buy popcorn at prices from just £2. The cinema screens are slightly smaller than other cinemas around, such as, Vue cinemas, but to me it isn't that much smaller.
Premiere Cinemas is situated inside the Mercury Mall in Romford on the top floor. There is parking at the Mercury Mall, which costs £1.80 for 3 hours during week days and Saturdays at £2.20 up to 3 hours. Parking is free all day on Sundays.
So, if you live nearby Romford in Essex, then visit Premiere Cinemas to see a movie, because it will be the cheapest night out you have ever had in regards to seeing a new released movie.
